Golden Vending Kiosk with age checking

The IPR Golden Vending Kiosk with age checking is approved for use by the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship 03.rujna.2009, CLASS: 330-01/09-01/464, Reg 526-05-01-03/1-09-2.

The device in accordance with Article 4, Law on Amendments to the Law on Restrictions on the Use of tobacco products - Article 11 Paragraph 8 sentence is added: "Under the automatic means shall not include electronic kiosks for the sale of tobacco and other products with electronic authentication and identification of the customer", published in the Official Gazette no.: 119 of 01.10.2009.

E-Store, is regulated by the Law on Electronic Commerce (Official Gazette No. 173/03., 67/08. and 36/09.) and Electronic Signature Act (Official Gazette No. 10/02. and 80/08.).
